Why is competitor analysis important for product sales?

I can’t generate sales in any way. Are we making a mistake somewhere? Are we investing thousands of taka? Are we giving Facebook ads, marketing, giving ads in different locations, giving ads with different targeting, giving ads in different ad objectives, getting customer queries and then not getting any sales!! It’s really surprising, isn’t it?? And disappointing of course. Well, the problem is not in marketing, but in another place, isn’t it?
